Axess Africa has been certified as a “Recognised External Specialist” by ABS for Non-Destructive Examination services on 3 March 2020. This follows the entity’s recently acquired ISO 9001 accreditation.

The approval allows equipment manufacturers, vessel and asset owners, and rig managers to invite Axess to carry out surveys such as Ultrasonic Testing, Penetrant Testing, Magnetic Particle Testing, and Eddy Current Inspection. Appointing Axess to provide these services minimises workplace risks, reduces shutdown time and inspection costs and improves the integrity of assets.
