In her free time, Šejla enjoys spending time in nature with her family and friends, taking long walks and discovering new places. She is also active in environmental protection - participating in tree planting and cleanup events, and raising awareness of the importance to treat nature in the right way.
As a software developer, my daily responsibilities include building new features, maintaining existing applications, and solving problems for our clients. In addition to that, I also manage our social media channels and help the youngest colleagues to develop their skills.
Since I joined the company about a year ago, I have learned many things and developed new skills, with the help of my mentors. This quote from Phil Jackson best reflects the company – “The strength of the team is each individual member. The strength of each member is the team.”
What do you hope to achieve in the company?
I always wanted to build and improve, so I found software development interesting and meaningful to me. I can see myself as one of the senior software engineers in charge of the entire software development process and helping others to understand how it is built.
The company brings some different energy with We values, and my personal beliefs and lifestyle matched the company's culture. Every individual’s opinions are taken into consideration and our physical and mental health are taken care of. I also really feel the support of the company in helping me to grow professionally.
