What does your role entail?
Since joining Axess in 2018 as a Rigging Supervisor and Rope Access Safety Leader, my role evolved into a leadership position in 2021. I currently oversee project execution, ensures client satisfaction, supports team development, and manages financial performance for Axess Angola. Additionally, I ensure our operations align with the Group’s strategy, enabling the successful delivery of EPCI and AIM services in the country.
I divide my time between Cape Town and Luanda, spending six months each year leading Angola’s project management team from the Cape Town office, and the other six months on the ground in Luanda, overseeing operations and driving business growth.
What do you hope to achieve in the company?
I aim to grow Axess Angola into the leading operational hub in Africa’s oil and gas sector, with strong local teams and world-class leadership aligned with Axess Group’s standards.
What is the best thing about working at Axess?
