What was your journey like at Axess?
My journey with Axess Group has been both rewarding and progressive. Initially, I was exposed to the technical and operational aspects of the business in South Africa. Over time, I became more involved in client engagement and regional operations.
Today, as Operations Manager for the Namibian entity, I lead our growth in the country by building strong client relationships, managing the operational infrastructure, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. Being part of this journey, from working in established operations to building something new, has been an incredibly fulfilling experience.
