What attracted you to join and remain in Axess?

Axess’ values resonated with me as both an engineer and a climber. Many people here have an active lifestyle just like myself.

I was attracted to the idea of being part of the Renewables department in a company with many years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. As a Project Engineer, I plan, man, and facilitate the execution and completion of projects in wind farms in Norway. This includes providing inspection services, performing rope access work, and delivering mechanical services. My goal is to ensure that everything is done as efficiently as possible without compromising the quality of our services.

What have you learned since joining the company?

Having worked in the field for some time before transitioning to project management, I have gained a comprehensive overview of what it takes to make a project successful. I have learned a lot about myself, my management style, and the importance of good communication and coordination.

I enjoy the autonomy and challenges that come with the responsibility. The role allows me to develop my own style of project management and take ownership of the projects I oversee.

What do you like about the culture in Axess?

I enjoy the autonomy and challenges that come with the responsibility. The role allows me to develop my own style of project management and take ownership of the projects I oversee. Additionally, I appreciate the flexibility to work in the field when my schedule allows. Doing so allows me to apply my offshore experiences to deliver better services to our clients in the wind industry.
