What does your role entail, and what do you find meaningful about it?
I help verify that equipment and structures meet required quality standards through inspections, testing, and documentation. My role requires technical knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong sense of integrity, as we represent our clients throughout the inspection process.
What I find most meaningful is knowing that my work provides clients with reliable information to make informed decisions and contributes to the safety, reliability, and long-term performance of critical assets.
What do you hope to achieve in the company?
Through my work at Axess, I have already had the opportunity to travel across Norway and experience incredible landscapes, combining my passion for nature with my profession. I hope to continue building on those opportunities while developing both technically and professionally, taking on new challenges, and delivering high-quality solutions alongside talented colleagues across the organisation.
