What attracted you to join and remain at Axess?
Axess offers a flexible working environment that supports both professional and personal growth. The opportunity to work across two dynamic sectors and gain diverse experience has been a key motivator for me to remain here. Balancing two roles has been a fulfilling experience and continues to provide plenty of opportunities for growth.
What do you find most meaningful about your role?
I work in both wind and Oil & Gas industries, serving as a Project Manager for wind energy projects and a Project Engineer involved in Inspection, Management, and Certification (IMC) for Mobile Offshore Drilling Units (MODUs). In the wind sector, I am involved in statutory inspections as well as crane and lift services. In the Oil & Gas sector, I handle lifting gear inspections and periodic surveys.
The most meaningful aspect of my role is identifying the best approach to tackling scopes through close collaboration with both the field team and clients while facilitating the process to ensure we achieve our goals. I find great satisfaction in problem-solving and improving operational efficiency.

I enjoy working at Axess because of the shared commitment to success and teamwork. There is a strong sense of trust among colleagues, making it easy to collaborate. The supportive environment empowers me to take on new challenges with confidence and continue developing in my role.
