MOLDE, Norway, August 25, 2026 – Axess Connect, a subsidiary of Axess Group, has secured a termination and testing (T&T) contract with Orient Cable (NBO) for the Baltica 2 Offshore Wind Farm, a joint venture between PGE and Ørsted.
Under the contract, Axess Connect will carry out T&T of the high-voltage inter-array cables connecting all 107 wind turbines and four offshore substations. The scope includes associated planning, engineering, and preparatory activities. Offshore operations are scheduled to take place over two consecutive quarters and will involve a team of 55 personnel deployed on a rotational basis.

Upon completion in 2027, Baltica 2 will have a capacity of approximately 1.5 GW, making it Poland’s largest ever renewable energy project to date.
