Mari's favourite outdoor hobbies include splitboarding in winter, as well as mountain biking and climbing in the spring, summer and autumn.
As a Client Manager for Renewables, I am responsible for communicating with our clients in this sector and ensuring that our onshore and offshore wind projects run successfully. I find it very meaningful to be part of the development of the renewables department, as it is important for us to grow towards a greener future.
I am also responsible for all “passion” activities in the Oslo office, to build team spirit and foster a positive work environment. In 2022, I helped to plan activities such as bouldering and playing darts. For 2023, I plan to organise similar activities and participate in some public events with my colleagues. I find meaning in creating opportunities for people to come together, bond, and have fun.
What have you learned since joining the company?
